Microsoft .net Internal Error 2908

This happen to me when I wanted to install .Net Framework for Visual Studio .Net 2003 installation Please help me to work further on this installation. Because when i run "file search" from windows it appear to show another error message that "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
