End and Help are the only two available. If we click End, we are able to continue using Microsoft Word. It seems Microsoft Word is configured to use the same Normal.dot file as everyone else on the network (it points to a mapped G: where the template is stored). We have tried removing and re-installing Microsoft Word and it still does it.
