Since Friday March 20 I have not had access to the SBC network. When I try to connect I get error message 651. I tried calling customer support and after about 30 minutes (most of the time for the tech to put me on hold to 'ask a question') they told me its a problem with my computer and I have to pay to have the problem resolved. I asked how they know this and they said the line is good so it must be my computer. What? How is that helpful? There have been ATT trucks down the street at the main box working for about 2 weeks now. The tech told me that it is nothing that they have done.
