Error Message media read error Solution Found in /var/log/messages:Feb 6 13:14:11 newfs1 kernel: st2: Error 70000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x7).From Emulex Knowledge Base ID 8773:"This problem is usually observed when accessing tape drives with Variable Block Mode. The problem is caused by a default setting in the driver's lpfc.conf.c file. The setting lpfc_check_cond_err=1 is the default value. This causes all check conditions to be reported as an error. The fix to the problem is to set lpfc_check_cond_err=0 in the lpfc.conf.c file. This does not report all check conditions as an error."Also see "Using an
