After long term usage I suddenly can not stay connected to the Internet. I keep receiving an error: AC-3002 0X84100113 message. I have Windows XP operating system with a broadband connection. All firewalls are turned off. I have no problem staying connected with Internet Explorer. Anyone have an idea for a fix? Aol support is no help. software Aol 9.7 software Posted in the AOL Forum Leave a Comment Track Replies Comments 1 - 1 of 1 Comments Last updated Mar 11, 2014 Chris S Chesterfield, UK #1 Mar 11, 2014 HiI have been using AOL 9.7 for sometime now with no http://www.topix.com/forum/com/aol/T4F28FHP3VMHRQN68 problems, a couple of days ago it would not sign in, I just thought it was the http://loa-computer-help-plus.2634207.n2.nabble.com/error-td7506454.html system down, however it still wont sign in to AOL I can access AOL email etc from an external browser but not using the 9.7 software.I have tried all the help from the aol page including removing the software and reinstalling it,when I did this it did let me sign in as a new user but as soon as I put my username back in it fails error ac to sign in. The sign in page goes from looking for AOL via TCP/IP (STEP1) to connecting to TCP/IP (STEP 2) then checking password (STEP3) then it just times out and fails to connect the error says AC 3002 0x84100113.I cant seem to find anything else on the problem to try and resolve this any help would be greatThanks Reply » Report Abuse Judge it!
