I'm using BizTalk 2009 Std. Editionand I'd like to set up some VERY simple error notification logic. Basically, I'd like to simply send an e-mail to an AD distribution group which would notify the reader of the issue and direct them to the appropriate area to get more information while still suspending the errored message. I've read alot about Failed Message Routing, but it sounds like when using Failed Message Routing, the message no longer gets suspended. Again, I'd like to still suspend the message, but then notify the administrator that there was an error and that a message has been suspended. Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks in advance. As an example you can look at Suspended Message Viewer using WMI Tool on BizTalk Guru's or this post by Darren Jefford and us that to send email notification. However, it is not clear if this is a Microsoft supported configuration.
