My company used to use the Client Script Module in Process Developer (Captiva 6.0) at the node js error object end of a process to send an email out to support, but with Captiva 7 it has become unavailiable to perform the same functionality where we can route the process to the end of the process. This is mostly due to the new Capture Flow Designer EMC has developers using for creating Captiva prcoesses. Our team have been playing with a few ideas, the top two being these:Have a batch level decision where there is a lone Standard Export module at the beginning of the process (after any importing). The export is only for emails, but after each module have a decision control determine if the module has errored out. If it has then perform a Jump to the Standard Export decision control for it to send the email and stop the process. The issue with this idea is that in Admin Console, the "Task" drop down when looking at an errored batch won't have any modules saying Error. Also the whole batch would have to restart at the beginning unless you place checkpoints telling the batch to bypass certain modules.Using Reveille, we create monitors for looking at Error Departments. There would be a Jump Back Decision after every module, but these would jump back to the module and send the batch to an error department for that module. When a certain numb

When an error occurs, the application may need to request user intervention, or it may be able to recover on its own. In extreme cases, the application may log the user off or shut down the system.
