After it has powered on completely, reconnect the power cable to your router and allow it to boot up. This could take up to a minute. Once you have power cycled both devices, try connecting to a website again. If the problem still persists, move on to the next section. 4 If you're using a mobile device you can go to >settings>mobile data and reset the configurations. Download a different free browser such as Firefox or Chrome and attempt to connect to the internet. Good Evening Everyone, Simple enough, my computer is connected to my modem/router hybrid but it will dns server not responding windows 10 NOT connect to the internet. The router is providing internet just fine (I am currently typing this on my laptop using internet from

that same laptop). I have tried everything. I've tried the different ports on the router, I've tried different ethernet cables, I've even had the modem/router replaced. The computer will connect to the router (I can login and fiddle around with settings). I've tried re-installing the ethernet card's driver (it's built into my mobo).
