2 broke my baby Expression > Expression Web and SuperPreview Question 0 Sign in to vote Subject says it all: I can't repair Expression Web 2, can't remove it, can't reinstall. It ate up some .dlls, evidently, somewhere along the way. Can't get scx /scannow to run all the way through without the machine crashing. I want my computer back!WinXPSP3, worked fine until I installed Expression Web 2. What else can I do before having to reinstall Windows--not a happy prospect?Thx. The install cleanup utility may very well have removed the registry entries, but the program still shows up in Add/Remove programs. That's why I said it's neither installed nor removed.It is clear I may have more problems than EW--but they all started when I installed EW. First website I tried to edit, the first crash. Since then, more than I can count. I'm beginning to lose my cheery disposition. The best I can suggest is to see if the EW log file is still on your system and look at that for a clue about what happened. The file is created in whatever directory your system uses for temp files. The easiest way I've seen to locate this is to type %temp% into Start/Run and look at the displayed folder. If you haven't done some sort of cleanup to remove old temp files the EW log should still be there. As I recall its about 40 - 50K in size, but I'm nto really sure about t
