System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00012f (0X007d7540 0x00000000). The system has been shut down." F8 - "Last Known Good Configuration" leads to the same error. System Restore from the Recovery Console errors out. Auto Startup Repair cannot fix. Quite likely the computer was shut down abnormally - kids were using it Any help will be appreciated!
