Turn bike off with kill button not key as it will erase the memory. Look through the dash diagnostics function to see if there is an error code to point you in the right direction. Enter code 13432 and look under ECU Diagnostics for a P-code and A-code number. The important thing is don't turn the ignition off with the key or the problem goes away until you run the bike again. Check the thumbnails for code to see what is wrong. I'm after a list of error codes that pop up for the bike, but more specifically, mine pops up with a "ERS 0007" code when I first connect the battery. Does anyone know what that means? Also, does anyone know how to clear the maintenance symbol on the dash? Cheers, Mekros Back to top MultiQuote Reply Remove Advertisements Advertisements 125CCSportsBikes.com #2 Gepard 125cc Sportsbikes Mechanic Group: Members Posts: 680 Joined: 17-October 08 Posted 03 May 2009 - 10:19 PM 80% sure it's temp sensor....... Push the rubber boot next to the spark plug down when you connect the battery and see if it still displays. Maintenance symbol.....is the temp gauge flashing at the same time? It's faulty or not connected? I'll give it a shot tonight when I get home (other side of the ditch in Aus). For the maintenance light, I'm just asking in advance. The maintenance light hasn't come up, but I want to do my own maintenance in the future, so to be able to get rid of it I know how to do it Cheers for the quick reply Back to top MultiQuote Reply #4 JimmBob 125cc Sportsbikes Team Manager Group: Members Posts: 4,954 Joined: 23-July 08 Location:Blackpool Posted 03 May 2009 - 10:35 PM to get rid of the service indicator, turn it on, select mileage, turn off, turn back on whilst holding the mode button for 15 secs and it will go Back to top MultiQuote Reply #5 Gepard 125cc Sportsbikes Mechanic Group: Members Posts: 680 Joined: 17-October 08 Posted 03 May 2009 - 10:49
