I'm guessing, but you might be able to make it work by creating a shortcut named Flash10e.ocx that points to the current Flash version, but you're going to have to update that shortcut to point to the file every time Flash updates. We don't really support the use-case of software developers embedding the Flash control in their applications, and the best solution would be to get the developer to migrate to Adobe AIR, which is our officially support
