Any idea why? Also, my laptop freezes frequently and all issues seem to have started since I switched to Verizon from Comcast. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I've switched to Chrome meanwhile I but would like to add menu bar. Is there any way to do that? I'd prefer to use Firefox but cannot solve the crashes and freezing issues.
