We used to resolve the issue by giving today's date in DATE.RESOLVED field before running COB. But i am not aware that why we are doing so. Any idea? The errors reported in EEE are of different type and each needs a different approach. Not all need DATE.RESOLVED to be able to start the COB. When the field CRITICAL and FIX.REQUIRED fields updated with 'YES', we need to provide the DATE.RESOLVED field with today's date and proceed the COB. This is to ensure that all the errors occurred in previous day COB,have been rectified in order to proceed today's COB with any problem. Hope this clarifies.
