Is the exchange server configured to allow SMTP inbound from the IP Address space in which the IPSentry computer is located? Does your exchange server require TLS/SSL on the SMTP Connection? Is the exchange server configured to require authentication internally? If not, remove it from the email alert confgiuration. Also, be sure that the "FROM" address in you email alert is a valid email address accepted by the smtp server. --- IPSentry Support RGE, Inc. http://www.ipsentry.com http://forum.ipsentry.com
