Published https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1196374?hl=en on Mar 21, 2014This is a fix for a problem that I have encountered with the Play music app. If you have tried to add an album, or bought one from the Play store but music everywhere fails to download the album (album shows up but will not play (show's error message 'can't play song without wifi connection', even though you have one, and music fails to download to device. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5B9cMj0VJQM Then do this: go android settings, choose apps from menu. Choose play music (headphones) icon. Then clear the cache, then clear data (don't worry about the warning, it worked for me my music was still on the play store afterwards). This happens every time I try to use http://androidforums.com/threads/some-songs-wont-play.611310/ the app. What could be going on? I think it started shortly after the update to GTV 3.0.
