My itunes stopped showing up on my TV menu under Computer. The Apple TV how to turn on home sharing on mac icon is blue on my desktop. I can now stream from my iphone, and from my desktop, but I can't access my desktop from ATV's Computer option. ATV tell me to turn on homeshare. Again, when I attempt to do this from iTunes on my desktop, I get the "error occurred (-3263)" message. This all is recent, I had ATV 2G working before yesterday. Had updated my iphone 2 days before but this problem did not start then. Source(s): Ryan S · 7 years ago 0 Thumbs up 0 Thumbs down Comment Add a comment Submit · just now Report Abuse For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/ax8gY even if homesharing isn't working for you, you can still manually transfer all your music over LAN. just drag your library folder to the location of the new computer and overwrite it. okay, so what i think is going on is that itunes is only copying the library folder to the new location. so my suggestion to you is to turn on "let itunes keep my music folder organized" just for now and see what that does. My home set-up is a Mac Mini as my music server running the latest Mac os and itunes. I have multiple devices - 3 generations of ATV, Ipad, Iphone, and 2 DLNA devices running with playback on the MAC as a server. my issue is that I have home sharing turned on and can access my Mac Mini Itunes library from all devices - but, every time i try to acces it it goes to the "loading library" black screen and nothing happens, untill i get a
