the user's screen when the appropriate page is found. You may come across the following error message when using the Internet Explorer application: "Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Cause of the Error This error usually generates when you have one of the following Browser Help Objects (BHO) added to your Internet Explorer: BuyersPort Morpheus Morpheus Shopping Club WURLD Shopping Community Cause of the Error You usually experience this error when you are logged on to the system with a limited user account. BHOs try to access system files and Windows registry entries and modify them. Since a limited user account has limited rights, the BHO is unable to make these changes. This causes your Internet Explorer to crash and generate the error message. Resolution Method To fix this issue, it is best to uninstall the BHO that is causing the error. If you are not sure which BHO has generated errors, eliminate them one-by-one. When you discover the BHO that is causing the error, you must remove it and if you want you may reactivate the other BHOs. Some websites require users to install ActiveX controls. You may choose to reactivate the BHOs as and when you need them to install ActiveX controls while surfing the Internet. Avoid activating the BHO that generated the error message and caused your Internet Explorer to crash. Another issue that you may come across is high amount of CPU and memory usage by the iexplore.exe file. To resolve this issue, insert your Windows CD/DVD in the disk drive and then run the SFC /SCANNOW command. This command will fix any out of place or modified system files.
