SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.... Top iexplore.exe - Application Error by Malk » Sun, 04 Jan 2004 03:04:37 I know you said you have Norton, but it certainly sounds like you've got a virus, perhaps something like Klez that immediately breaks antivirus programs. Try scanning in Safe Mode either with NAV using updated definitions (you can download them manually if you need to) or with a standalone av program like Stinger. You can get Stinger here: http://www.yqcomputer.com/ Also, remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com). Be sure to update these programs before running, and run them in Safe Mode also. After you've done these things, if the problem still persists, repost. Be sure to include what you've already done to troubleshoot. Cheers, Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" Top iexplore.exe - Application Error by lind » Thu,
