As per my previous questions, have you checked the registry? Is this correctly registered? It should be registered under HKCR\Interface with the following IID:HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{000C0332-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} This registration should also specify the Typelib where this interface is defined, and which is used as the basis for automation marshaling. The typelib, in turn, also needs to be correctly registered - this should be the Microsoft Office 12.0 Object Library, and its registered path should be in this key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{2DF8D04C-5BFA-101B-BDE5-00AA0044DE52}\2.4\0\win32 ...this should map to the installed path to the primary Office DLL, mso.dll, which should be something like this: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\office12\mso.dll Note the "2.4" above - if

It cropped up all of a sudden a few months ago out of the blue, and I was hoping this latest update would fix it, but no such luck. I am running Microsoft Outlook 2013 on Windows 8. Please get this fixed - this utility is a great help to me and I really miss it! First, I made sure that there were no other versions of Outlook running on my machine (apparently this can confuse GCSM). Second, I removed GCSM entirely, as the "repair" function evidently didn't help. Third, I re-installed GSCM from scratch and thus far my contacts and calendar seem to be syncing OK. Hope you have some success. If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link: Crimblepud - 2015-05-14 Nope - that didn't work for me.
