Jason Taberner Members #1 Jason Taberner 95 posts Posted 16 September 2014 - 04:42 PM Hi we recently did a POC using Storefront 2.0.17 which worked, we are now wanting to go live but use version 2.5 instead. I'm now having an issue try to implement it. Setup a new Storefront server using version "2.5.0.29" I can connect to the internal HTTPS address fine and access applications desktop etc... I have set storefront to allow access for our external Access Gateway VPX 10.0 Build 75.7.nc . When I try and access it via our external address, enter my login credentials and password then I receive this message immediately"Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29" So far I am at a loss ? I have check our DNS is working correctly. Checked the STA's are correct and are showing as "up" on the NS. I also tried changing the FQDN to the IP address on profile on the NS, no difference? Checked our firewall is not blocking anything nothing reported. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ? 1272-355769-183Developer Network (CDN) ForumsCitrix Insight ServicesCitrix ReadyCitrix Success KitsCloud Provider PackCloudBridgeCloudPlatform (powered by Apache CloudStack)CloudPortalDemo CenterDesktopPlayerEdgeSightEducationForum PrototypeHDX MonitorHDX RealTime Optimization PackHotfix Rollup PackJapanese ForumsKnowledge Center

Brian Hecker Members #1 Brian Hecker 58 posts Posted 04 May 2012 - 05:34 PM Storefront 1.1 on Win2008 R2. NetScaler 5500 running 10.0 b54.7.nc. Followed CTX131908 and had it working with Storefront 1.0. I had to create a new VM for Storefront 1.1 (the upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1 actually broke things without fixing the MMC issue). The reason I mention this is that nothing was changed on the NetScaler except the servers in the Service Group for load balancing the storefront servers.btw, on the title of this post is the message received from Chrome. In IE I receive:The website cannot display the pageHTTP 500 (Internal Server Error)Any ideas? 1330-306730-1641883 Back to top Saravanan Srinivasan Members #2 Saravanan Srinivasan 27 posts Posted 11 May 2012 - 02:20 PM Ion November 12, 2014 by Akshay Poddar I have been getting the error message “Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29″ on a NetScaler page soon after authentication. The customer environment has NetScaler 10.1 Build 118.7 nc https://avirtualworldblog.wordpress.com/2014/11/12/http1-1-internal-server-error-29-netscaler/ VPX and StoreFront 2.1In my case, it turned out to be the DNS http://support.en.ctx.org.cn/ctx200946.citrix resolution from the NetScaler to the StoreFront server. The issue will go away if you will replace the FQDN of the StoreFront server with the IP address of the SF server. This should be done on the Session profile that is attached to the VSERVER of the NetScaler virtual server as below. DNS resolutions internal server are more likely to be the root cause in most of the cases however, there are other fixes as well which you could find if you search in Citrix forums.
There is also another way to tackle this if you dont want to use the IP address which is to add the local DNS Server on the Netscaler and ensure that there is a host entry for the internal server error StoreFront server.
