Make sure everything(java, flash etc.) is up to date or at least the same version as the machines that work. Is it all .JSP pages? just a certain site? EDIT: Double check compatibility mode settings too. That tiny little icon has bit me in the butt more than once. 0 This discussion has been inactive for over a year. Small icons in FF bookmarks have disappeared but appear in Safari. Have followed all suggestions in help regarding Cookies, Cache and plug ins. Every internal server attempt to access site results in error message as follows: "Error 500--Internal Server Error From RFC 2068 Hypertext transfer protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error The Server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request." Chosen solution See this about the missing icons: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/latest-firefox-issues#os=mac&browser=fx9 It sometimes works if I open the main page and middle-click the link to open the "New Year, A New You…with a Little Help from My HealtheVet" link in a new tab (Ctrl + left-click does the same). Sometimes a reload with bypassing the cache is needed ("Cmd + Shift + R" on Mac) to make it work. So there is something wrong with that server. https://www.myhealth.va.gov/index.html Read this answer in context 0 Question tools Get email updates when anybody replies. when a solution is found.
