With the detailed error, you can locate the real issue here. Also, if you can run the browser on the server, you get details on the error, because the server recognizes that you are local and shows it to you. Or if you can read the log of the server using the Event Viewer, you also see the details of your error. When I want to use an email verification component (that wants to connect to the Internet) on my host, I get an error related to Web Permission denied (ASP.NET 4). I searched for this error and found that GoDaddy has changed web permission in ASP.NET and restricts some features. But as I know Godaddy doesnt support Full Trust hosting.
