Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 43549
Server Error 11 Started by Steve Mills , 08 July 2012 - 11:32 AM Login to Reply 1 reply to this topic Steve Mills Members #1 Steve Mills 1 posts Posted 08 July 2012 - 11:32 AM I am running NS10.0: Build 54.7.nc, I created a HTTP virtual server which monitors two HTTP services, browsing to either http/1.1 internal server error 43554 of the sites directly works fine. However when I browse to the virtual server I get the error "Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 11". This service was previously working without issue, both the services are UP (montoring using http monitor). It would appear that the HTTP error is being generated from the Netscaler itself but I am unable to find anywhere that tells me what server error 11 is or any log files which would give me further information. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.Thanks. 1337-309876-1656777 Back to top Andrew Sandford Citrix Employees #2 Andrew Sandford 1,011 posts Posted 09 July 2012 - 06:47 AM Hi Steven,You'll have to check for events in the newnslog binary logs from the shell:>shell#nsconmsg -K /var/nslog/newnslog -d eventThen comb the output for clues, look for references to your monitors and/or services.Regards,Andrew 1337-309876-1656837 Back to top Report abuse Back to NetScaler VPX Reply to quoted posts Clear Citrix ©1999-2016 Citrix Systems, Inc. (not using https as of yet) http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/339983-http11-internal-server-error-29/ We have installed Netscaler 10.1 VPX (Enterprise). Have gone through initial setup by referring to install guide using below key points:1) Test SSL cert (for now) 2) LDAP to AD (working fine, tests shows sucessful) 3) STA service URL. (showing as UP).4) Netscaler working in basic mode (as we have want to use ICA) 5) DNS record of external FQDN of VIP created on our DNS servers, currently pointing to internal accessible VIP.When we access the Netscaler Gateway (internally or externally) we do get the login page, once we put our login, the page displays "Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29". I've imported the test cert created via Netscaler onto the StoreFront server (IIS) and bind the default website to it. But when we change the Store base URL to use https, the citrix login page does not even give us prompt to type in our user and password, the background themes load up but the section with username and password doesn't load up. It keeps refreshing. So I changed the base url back to http://storefrontse

I'm working with a XA7.5, SF 2.6 and NS 10.5.55.8 The NS has 3 IP adressess: VIP: in VLAN1; NSIP in VLAN2 and SNIP in VLAN2 (same VLAN than NSIP) XA servers and SF server are in VLAN3. VLAN1 and VLAN2 are in DMZ. internal server error VLAN3 is in the internal zone. When I access the public URL and login with valid credentials, I get the error message mentioned in Topic Title line. Then, using wireshark network tool in the SF and I see the communication between the NS and SF is via NSIP instead the SNIP, also I see that the StoreFront sends the same pages when I use the internal access. So I think the SF is sending the correct pages to the wrong IP. Is there a way to specify that NSIP is exclusive for management activities and everything relationated with the VIP belongs to SNIP? Any idea will be appreciated Thanks in advanced. 1337-364412-1872137 Back to top Rasmus Kindberg Members #2 Rasmus Kindberg 1,010 posts Posted 01 May 2015 - 08:11 AM Have you created a Net Profile and bound it to your VPN vServer? 1337-364412-1872144 Back to top Vinay Menon Members #3 Vinay Menon 70 posts Posted 01 May 2015 - 11:03 AM This error is most likely caused by "Session Profile" pointing to incorrect StoreFront address (set under Session Profile | Published Applications | Web Interface Address). on November 12, 2014 by Akshay Poddar I have been getting the error message “Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29″ on a NetScaler page soon after authentication. The customer environment has NetScaler 10.1 Build 118.7 nc VPX and StoreFront 2.1In my case, it turned out to be the DNS resolution from the NetScaler to the StoreFront server. The issue will go away if you will replace the FQDN of the StoreFront server with the IP address of the SF server. This should be done on the Session profile that is attached to the VSERVER of the NetScaler virtual server as below. DNS resolutions are more likely to be the root cause in most of the cases however, there are other fixes as well which you could find if you search in Citrix forums.
There is also another way to tackle this if you dont want to use the IP address which is to add the local DNS Server on the Netscaler and ensure that there is a host entry for the StoreFront server.
