Access Gateway Enterprise HTTP 500 Internal Server Error Started by David Harrington , 30 October 2012 - 08:19 AM Login to Reply 4 replies to this topic David Harrington Members #1 David Harrington 788 posts Posted 30 October 2012 - 08:19 AM NetScaler VPX 10.71.6Storefront 1.2 – setup with HTTPS Load Balanced on NetScaler VPX, with a DNS record in Microsoft DNS & a local AAA record on the Netscaler appliance for: storefront.xenlab.local – pointing to 192.168.0.66 – After configuring an ICA Proxy profile, with the following settings; Web Interface Address = https://storefront.xenlab.local/Citrix/XenLABWeb - when authentication occurs the following error is displayed: This /cgi/login page would display a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error 500, If you click refresh I would get a HTTP 403 forbidden: The website declined to show this page as below If I change the profile setting above from https://storefront.xenlab.local/Citrix/XenLABWEB to https://192.168.0.66/Citrix/XenLABWeb.I have the Microsoft DNS alias configured for storefront.xenlab.local = 192.168.0.66 and updated the local netscaler DNS with the same entry under AAA records, from within the Netscaler console I can ping to resolve to IP.. Any ideas anyone???? see attachment for screenshot.
