I'm now having an issue try to implement it. Setup a new Storefront server using version "2.5.0.29" I can connect to the internal HTTPS address fine and access applications desktop etc... I have set storefront to allow access for our external Access Gateway VPX 10.0 Build 75.7.nc . When I try and access it via our external address, enter my login credentials and password then I receive this message immediately"Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29" So far I am at a loss ? I have check our DNS is working correctly. Checked the STA's are correct and are showing as "up" on the NS. I also tried changing the FQDN to the IP address on profile on the NS, no differeon November 12, 2014 by Akshay Poddar I have been getting the error message “Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29″ on a NetScaler page soon after

authentication. The customer environment has NetScaler 10.1 Build 118.7 nc VPX and StoreFront 2.1In my case, it turned out to be the DNS resolution from the NetScaler to the StoreFront server. The issue will go away if you will replace the FQDN of the StoreFront server with the IP address of the SF server. This should be done http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/355769-http11-internal-server-error-29/ on the Session profile that is attached to the VSERVER of the NetScaler virtual server as below. DNS resolutions are more likely to be the root cause in most of the cases however, there are other fixes as well which you could find if you search in Citrix forums.
There is also another way to tackle this if you https://avirtualworldblog.wordpress.com/2014/11/12/http1-1-internal-server-error-29-netscaler/ dont want to use the IP address which is to add the local DNS Server on the Netscaler and ensure that there is a host entry for the StoreFront server. This /cgi/login page would display a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error 500 as below and then if I hit refresh I would get a HTTP http://euc.consulting/blog/access-gateway-enterprise-http-500-internal-server-error/ 403 forbidden: The website declined to show this page as below I checked my config about a hundred times and could not find a solution. I logged it with Citrix and they could not find a http://www.netscalerkb.com/4391/netscaler-10-1-ldap-authentication?start=20 solution. In the end I restored an old config and it solved the issue. The only way I know how to recreate this at the moment is to turn on ICA Proxy in the Global internal server Settings but don't specify a Web Interface address in the Global Settings and then unbind your session policy from the Access Gateway Virtual Server. But this was definitely not what was causing it the first time I had this issue. So I am posting this in the hope that someone else find it and can shed some more light on this issue. A reboot of the unit resolved the issue, but I'm also hoping that someone may be able to shed more light on it soon. In addition to the HTTP 500 error (the text of which stated internal server error 29), the ns.log file had SSLVPN LOGOUT entries stating ‘LogoutMethod "InternalError"‘ for each user. Reply May 14, 2012 Shaun Hi John, Thanks for letting me know. Let's hope some more people find this page and can shed some light on the issue. Shaun Reply May 14, 2012 Andrew Scott I have had this, in my case it was the last tab of the session policy did not have the correct URL for the WI site. I had just typed :port/Citrix/XenApp rather than the full path with http With the WI hosted on the appliance it needed http://127.0.0.1:8080/Citrix/XenApp it then sprang into life..
