Sometimes, when you check AWStats for your domain you see the 500 Internal Server error using the url http://domain/cgi-bin/awstats.pl and there are several possible ways to check and fix this error. 1. We need to check the permissions of the cgi-bin directory and the files inside that directory under the domain name. They must be set to 755.2. If that doesn't solve your problem, we need to check the memory/process limit options in the plan of that specific account. If they are enabled, we need to disable them and save the plan.3. After that save the site configuration in the H-Sphere control panel on the web services page of the domain and recheck AWStats - it should work fine after this.
