General I'm having a problem using Axis2. What should I do? First make sure you go through the user guide and this FAQ. If you are using a released version of Axis2, then there is a possibility that your problem has already being fixed in the latest code. Download Axis2 nightly builds and test again. You can download the complete snapshot distributions from our Hudson continuous integration server and individual JARs from our snapshot repository. The snapshot repository is also the best choice if you are using Maven to build your project. If the problem still persists, then try to search for your question in our developer or user mailing archives as it might have already being answered. If your problem is not answered in the mailing list, now is the best time to post your question to the axis-user mailing list (see next question). If you think it is a bug, please fill a bug report in JIRA. Please attach all the supportive information, like your wsdl, schema, clients, services, stacktraces, etc., to the JIRA issue you created, as it will help one of our contributors to re-create the problem. PLEASE DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS USING JIRA; USE IT ONLY AS AN ISSUE TRACKER. If you are asking for an explanation of a feature in Axis2, there is a possibility that there is an article or FAQ written on it. P

Look in the server log. If you don't have access to the server log, turn on debug logging in the axis client or use tcpdumb or wireshark, you usually get a more detailed error message this way. share|improve this answer answered Mar 16 '13 at 11:31 Alexander Torstling 11.1k43552 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service. HTTP/1.0 500 Internal Server Error It appears after several SOAP calls into the JChemSearch web internal server service, the axis2 webserver will eventually respond back with an internal server error. It seems the application server has to be restarted to get things functional again. Is there a "proper" way to clean up after SOAP calls via php? I am wondering if there is possibly a memory leak? Also, please confirm where the license.cxl should be placed for the internal server error webservice. I am wondering if the below noted failure is possibly a result of a license issue (perhaps restricting the number of calls). Looping over several different values for $smi in a php file: $maxhits=20; $soap = new SoapClient('http://myserver.com:8180/axis2/services/JChemSearchWS?wsdl'); $conn_param = array( 'driver' => 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver', 'url' => 'jdbc:mysql://myserver.com/mysqlDb', 'username' => 'myusername', 'password' => 'mypassword', 'propertyTable' => 'JChemProperties'); $result= strip_tags($soap->getConnectionAndTableInfo($conn_param)->return); $id=substr($result,0,strpos($result,"\n")); $search_param = array( 'connectionHandlerId' => $id, 'tableName' => 'jchemmol', 'queryMolecule' => $smi, 'queryOptions' => 'sep=! t:s!maxHitCount:0!maxTime:60000!returnNonHits:n!', 'beginIndex' => '0', 'count' => $maxh

However, when I attempt to go to: http://localhost:7777/axis2/axis2-web/index.jsp and click on validate or any of the links I get an "Internal server error" with no stack trace. I have created a shared-library where I have placed the following JARs: axis.jar jaxrpc.jar wsdl4j-1.5.1.jar saaj.jar commons-discovery-0.2.jar commons-logging-1.0.4.jar and I have imported the library into orion-application.xml for axis. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. 3077Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 4 replies 1.
