The problem comes about because Magento Backup sets permissions on files. The problematic file is lib/Mage/Archive/Helper/File.php. In it you find a function public function open($mode = \'w+\', $chmod = 0666). This causes issues where permissions are changed globally to 666 which is disallowed on our servers. If you use Magento's site backup, then you must run the following SSH commands to reset the file/folder permissions back. find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \; find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \; Support My Support Tickets Announcements Knowledgebase Downloads Network Status Open Ticket Hosting Magento Hosting OpenCart Hosting WordPress Hosting WooCommerce Hosting Webhosting für Österreich Webhosting für Deutschland Zen Cart Hosting Site Info Prices exclude EU VAT Terms & Conditions Phone +4401603 784596 Email hello@terranetwork.net Copy
