this problem 3 years ago Solved Hi, i'm using Bria for iphone and its great! Now sip response 500 internal server error i can accept incoming calls using wifi and 3G with no problem, i also can make calls in 3G, but there is a problem with outgoing calls with wifi. I only can accept calls in wifi bot not make. I get "Internal server error (500)" message. Whats wrong? Contact your VoIP Provider for more assistance on this issue, as the issue is likely happening server-side. (If you'd like us to verify, you can send a log after recreating the issue and we can check to ensure that the error is being proxied from a remote location). Bria attempts to update the session to use a single codec, then the server responds with a 500. Please contact your VoIP Provider or Server Administrators about this issue. (I do note that you have only ONE codec enabled on your Mobile Network, which would not result in an "update" to a single codec. Since a few days, I can't connect anymore. Please contact your supplier on this matter.Kind regards,Customer service For me it's difficult to believe that it is a hardware problem, because when I use other betamax providers such as voipbuster and Poivy, I do NOT get these error messages. Neither with Asterisk nor with a softphone. Only Voipraider is (now) causing this problem. (b.t.w. voipraider works fine with their own client.)
