I tryed the form from the preview and from the embedded version on my site. I always got the same error Internal server error (timeout processing request). paypal sandbox internal server error The error appeared just after submitting the form without waiting any second, so I don't think it is a timeout problem, must be something else. Is there any restriction using the Paypal Website Payments Pro? Does anybody have any ideas about this problem? To fix them, open your form on the form editor, select the payment field and click on the wizard icon on the right side. Please open a support ticket from our new Support page. paypal support April 21, 2014 at 5:40 pm #225961 John BusciglioParticipant Hi, I purchased the PayPal Pro and PayPal Express plugin and installed it for a customer https://www.jotform.com/answers/12210-Paypal-Website-Payments-Pro-Internal-server-error-timeout-processing-request- about a month ago. I have been waiting for the customer to get their paypal manager account set up to use. Today I was able to configure the Paypal manager and input the manager login keys into the plugin. I went to test out making a purchase and I received the 500 https://easydigitaldownloads.com/forums/topic/paypal-pro-plugin-not-updating-and-broken-500-internal-server-error/ internal error on the page with this parameter: checkout/payment/?eppa_payment_key=b73f0d62bec94b66b91643a722bd8fae As I went along troubleshooting what I though could possible be a setup issue I notice I get this problem in other areas too. For instance the following links all fail with 500 internal server error wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-system-info wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-settings&tab=emails wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-settings&tab=taxes wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-settings&tab=misc I also note that the license page no longer shows the license field which I suspect is the reason why no updated plugin. These are the active plugins which I have all to see if I can at least get the page=edd-system-info showing with no success.
