PaddingtonC, Jul 2, 2012 #1 internal server Hostasaurus.Com Tera Poster Messages: 436 Reboot the server, or preferably just restart the Plesk web server software 'sw-cp-server' and 'psa' services. I'm not familiar with Ubuntu but on RHEL you'd: /etc/rc.d/init.d/sw-cp-server stop /etc/rc.d/init.d/psa stop /etc/rc.d/init.d/psa start which will bring back up both of them. We see this regularly on 9.5.4 where Plesk just random starts giving 500 errors. I'm internal server error sure Parallels will just tell you to upgrade to 11 to fix the issue.
