Plesk 12.0 for Linux Plesk 11.0 for Linux Symptoms Plesk login page shows the 500 Internal Server Error The following errors can be found in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error.log: 2014-04-03 11:20:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.1068) the fastcgi-backend /usr/bin/sw-engine-cgi -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini -d auto_prepend_file=auth.php3 -u psaadm failed to start: 2014-04-03 11:20:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.1072) child exited with status 1 /usr/bin/sw-engine-cgi -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini -d auto_prepend_file=auth.php3 mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds -u psaadm 2014-04-03 11:20:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.1075) If you're trying to run your app as a FastCGI backend, make sure you're using the FastCGI-enabled version. If this is PHP on Gentoo, add 'fastcgi' to the USE flags. 2014-04-03 11:20:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.1171) [ERROR]: spawning fcgi failed. 2014-04-03 11:20:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.3644) all handlers for /index.php? on .php are down. Cause The wrong permissions and owner were set for the /tmp directory and suexec binaries. The error would look similar to this: For application install issues on Plesk for Windows, log into Plesk control panel. Then follow the steps pictured. Click on the Websites & Domains tab. Click on Hosting Settings next to the affected domain. Uncheck the box next to PHP Support. Click OK. This will take you back to the Websites & Domains tab. But I have replaced to PHP5.3.16 and check over php.ini. But I get 500 error now. How I can get detailed info about error ? Where is error log located? I have trying to see access log on server panel (IIS/Logging icon) but there are only access lines logged.
