It will then identify that you have already installed the latest version of iTunes and it will give you the option to 'Repair'Click that and see what happens.CG Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by Derailed Again, Derailed Again Mar 3, 2008 8:41 AM in response to papajay Level 1 (0 points) Mar 3, 2008 8:41 AM in response to papajay I have the same frustrating problem with my new Inspiron 530 running Windows XP and a TSST H653B DVD + RW Burner.Reloaded itunes several times, installed all recommended Dell drivers and fixes and nothing works. My old Dell machine worked fine and my 600+ tunes are now unavailable to me for burning. Roxio's drag and drop almost worked. When trying to finalize the burn and eject the disk everything locked up, cpu, DVD drawer, Roxio, itunes, etc. Had to do a hard shut down and reboot to extract the disk.Help..any ideas out there? I am not alone with this issue and it doesn't seem to be limited to my OS or burner. Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by Derailed Again, Derailed Again M
