I've sent messages to Apple twice stating my problem, but I error 50 itunes haven't gotten a response at all. My connection, of course, is fine, but I can't connect. Disable all anti-virus software you may have running2.) Disable all firewall software you may itunes error 39 have running3.) Disable all web acceleration software you may have running4.) I don't have a firewall turned on or anti virus software or web acceleration software. I don't think point four is particularly a solution for those of us who want to use wireless or who have a modem built into their router......Can anyone from Apple comment on this issue?Thanks,Gareth.
