In most cases, you'll get the "3004" error message, too. If that's the case, do not freak out. Breath and relax. Apple's servers are getting slammed with thousands of people trying to do the exact same thing as you… The same applies if you are getting Error 3200, or any other error for that matter. My suggestion? Sit back, and check back in an hour or two. That is if you can live without iOS 5 for unknown error occurred a few more hours, of course. If that's not the case, well, then hit that refresh button over and over again until it works! 10am and finally started the download at 10:10am. It took an hour for me to download ios5 and 3 tries to get it installed. So far so good on an iphone 4.I've been using Google Active Sync for calendar, email and contacts but decided to give icloud a try. It doesn't seem to be pushing my emails as fast as Google did, but it could be due to the server load today. I'll re-evaluate it after a few weeks have gone by. nvidia2008 Posts: 9,262member October 2011 Now that the dust has settled for a while, may I suggest this? I always download any iOS Firmware through the iClarified links:iPhone:http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750iPad:http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=8500(They come off Apple servers anyway). Then I Option-Restore, then Restore From Backup.Note you have to use Firefox to download those IPSWs because Safari by default expands them (they are just zip files). dick applebaum Posts: 11,579member, moderator October 2011 Cue the queues for Eddie Cue! dick applebaum Posts: 11,579member, moderator October 2011 I Was sick yesterday -- so I guess I missed all the fun/ All but 3 of our iPads have been running iOS 5 for a month or so... so not much needed there. I just updated one of our 3 computers that are capable of running Lion -- no problem.Does the iTunes available to the general public support iTunes Match? We have about 15,000 songs across 3 computers. I was finally able to get them matched/uploaded on the latest beta version of iTunes. It worked pretty good except it missed a lot of cover art and didn't recognize/eliminate dups.If iTunes Match is not, yet, available, I would expect massive iCloiud outages when it hits the street. tomasz Posts: 4member October 2011 First, according to my experience, it's not image downloading that causes 3200 problem, but update process. I've successfully downloaded image in about 1 hour. But then during updating I got 3200 error numerous times (and other codes as well that I don't remember). It's rather caused by overload on some gs.apple.com server used for some authorization.Second, thoughts about choosing time of low load because of users going sleep or to work are not much correct - when Europe is going sleep then US is back from work, when US is going sleep then Europe is getting up and Asia is after work - it's global game. Third, after updating to IOS 5 my iPhone didn't restore from iTunes backup (because "backup session is not closed susccessfully"). I've ended up with clear IOS 5. I can
