A friend of mine, however, also has iTunes and while I was on his PC the other day, iTunes ceased to have burning capacity. (This is especially a pain because everytime I touch the guy's computer, the internet or some other application dies a horrible swift death.) At any rate, when attempting to burn we get an error message: "The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unkown error occurred. (1771)" I can't find any documentation of any kind on this error, or why iTunes stopped burning. IT will not burn audio, MP3 or data cds at this point, although other applications (Nero, etc.) still function in their burning capacity. Any ideas about what to do? We already tried updating and reinstalling iTunes...
