I have been trying to download a citrix client to my laptop for days now. According to the directions I need to save the application to my desktop and then right click it and "run as administrator"...but I don't have this option. In looking for answers I have tried to enable the "hidden" admin (using instructions I found on this forum) and I get an error message saying C:/windows/system32/cmd.exe is not a valid win32 application. In searching to fix this I have noticed that I cannot change my firewall setting and that everything with a "shield" when I click onto it nothing happens. How do I fix this?
