Please help!!Thanks! Worked like a charm. One addition: if in iTunes music people see the icon that says "List" and it's a Quicktime file, even though you can't see which individual files (e.g. songs, movies, etc.) it contains, so long as you check the create date, you're good to go.Thanks for the advice! The message that you are receiving "err=8007" refers to a faulty component that Windows Media Player and in turn iTunes relies on. The component could be anything from a weak network signal to a problem with a CD burner. Make sure you do not have a firewall blocking the download, as this is a problem for many people. Your best bet is to turn off the computer properly and turn off your networking equipment. Reboot the networking equipment and wait for it to fully initialize and then turn the computer back on and try again. If this fails
