This problem is found to be frequent in the Czech version of the Windows XP operating system. As a solution to the problem, it is required to run the iTunes software application as the administrator of the system. To open the iTunes application as an administrator, simply right-click on the respective icon on the desktop. When the iTunes application is opened, it will prompt for the account information. When the application form is filled out properly, the problem will disappear in seconds. Issue With the latest iTunes, authorising of computer / purchasing applications sometimes cause the following error : Unknown error occurred (-42032) This error seems to occur particularly frequently for users with a Czech version of Windows XP. To fix it, take out all your ram except for one stick (some systems require 2 to be in it to start up). At the De…ll screen you probably can hit F12 for boot options. Once that comes up look for pre-boot assistant or something similar (PSA or PSA+, etc). It'll do a memory test. If it fails then that stick is bad. HOWEVER, try another stick(s) in that same slot(s) to see if it still fails. If a second fails and you have a third it doesn't hurt to put a third in. If all fail then your motherboard's ram slot is bad and is unfixable unless you put in a new motherboard. However, you can probably just use the other ram slots and just not use this one for awhile.
