It is when iTunes extra downloads that I get

the error code 8003. I have tried this on another computer as well and same error code. one is a err 8003 Mac and one is a PC running Windoes 8, so no luck so far downloading the iTunes extra wtih Avatar. All my other movies I had no problems downloading the iTunes extra poration just itunes error 8003 windows 10 Avatar is having the problem?
