Hello,Click a Windows menu button or press a Windows button on your keyboard. In that "Start Search" box type %temp% and then click a "Temp" folder item that appears at top. At a top of an "Explorer" window, in an address bar, click that folder to a left of "Temp" in a folder path Local by default. In a folder list, right click that "Temp" folder and then click "Properties" and then click a "Security" tab. Click an "Edit" button and on a next screen click "Add". On next screen, in a large text window type "Everyone" and then click "Check Names", "Everyone" should then be underlined. Check a box for "Full" control under an "Allow" column, and then click "OK", then "OK" again, and "OK" again to close all those windows. If the UAC is on and the problem persists, the customer can try this:- click Start, and then click Run (on Vista and Windows 7 you can search it)- in the Open box, type msiexec /unreg, and then press ENTER- click Start, and then click Run- in the Open box, type msiexec /regserver, and then press ENTERIf the problem still occurs the user can try launching the uninstall from an elevated command window using one of these commands:Code: Select allmsiexec /x
or
msiexec /x
