I ran the maintenance items menu which cleaned the print head, calibrated the printer, and performed a nozzle correction. No improvement. Discovered the error codes on a test page print. Need help. Error code 3502 means the paper tray is empty. The error code 3602 means the print job did not finish printing.Customer: OK. Neither of those have an effect on the print quality. But that is all I have to go on. It happened after the printer set idle a couple of weeks while I was on vacation. But I thought new cartridges would cure that.tbwhite2040 : Most likely the ink dried inside the print head from sitting in the print head. I would replace the print head or replace the printerCustomer: New printer would probably be as cheap and easier. I dont know of anything else to ask. It would sometimes come up with error code 3602 so i followed the advice on the Kodak support page and it still would not work. Thinking it was a faulty printer, I exchanged it for the exact same make and model. After bringing it home and setting it up it seems to have the exact same problem. It will only print half a doc out cutting out the images, It prints out word docs fine but takes up to 15 minutes to print one page and it still refuses to print out images.
