Reply to k1114 m 0 l EzRiIgK July 13, 2015 3:38:51 PM Hey So, I: 1. check the id address with ipconfig as i said 2. tried to access the router with a wired, wireless and mobile device ( I have 6 machines using the router) 3. tried 4 differnt browsers. 4. dumped all my cache, cookies, history on my browers IE and Firefox, opera and chrome as suggested by many sites. 5. unplugged the router for a half hour. 6. did a complete router reset via the reset button on the bottom of the router. im sure there is more, but that is what i can remember. Accessing the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi site when you do not have an active Internet connection may display error prompts and messages on your browser. Also, even when you’re online, you may also encounter login issues. IMPORTANT: Before proceeding to any troubleshooting step in this article, make sure to powercycle your Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Router first by turning it OFF then ON. Using a different web browser or clearing your browser’s cache then restarting it may also help. If you’re still having issues, continue with the troubleshooting steps below:
