the file type or a required codec might not be installed on your computer." I went to MS web help and found that I am getting "error message C00D119A while using Windows Media Player" error. I checked WMP 11 to ensure that AVI file type is ticked and then changed IE security to 'High'. Then updates the software and play the file again but I am still getting the same error. Please can you advise as I am unable to find the answer on the MS website. Thank you in advance. .
