Want to know what I'm getting before I buy. Real player will come on, but then I get the error message C00D0FEA and I can't get sound or video. A friend suggested doing a search for WMV, but can't figure out what to download, a little http://thewinwiki.org/windows-media-player-error-c00d0fea/ too techie for me. I'm not that computer savy. Is there a program I can download that will allow me to listen/see these kind of files that is easy to use? You are probably right. I googled the error message and this website was referenced and it sounded like you might have an answer to my problem. I was so frustrated with trying to figure out how to fix it that I acted without checking out your website. Obviously, this isn't the right site for me and I'm sorry if I used your forum incorrectly. I kept getting a nag screen for WMP. I clicked on Yes each time and the MP4 would play. Finally I clicked on No to permanently dismiss the nag screen. Now TuneBite won't play MP4 files.
