movie directly from the internet I get a message like this, sometimes its a little different though... Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct. I can actually save it to my HDD and then open it, but that gets really annoying. Are there any fixes for this yet? Alan, Oct 22, 2006 #1 Advertisements Stmarin Guest It seems that we both have the same problem, is it error message C00D11B3: Encountered a network error? How do you save these audiofiles to your HDD? I have to save files which I bought in the Internet. thanks a lot in advance. Stmarin, Oct 22, 2006 #2 Advertisements Alan Guest I dont think I have ever seen an error code. It just says something about the network or proxys, and nothing happens.. but I can just RIGHT click and "Save Target As" on the website and then it plays just fine... if its a quicktime file they play just fine... but you know how that goes.
