I would suggest checking for a firmware update for the unit and applying that if available. Also log into the router and check to see if it has a UPnP setting and enable it if so.Lastly turn off the media server, reboot the NAS and turn the media server back on again. UPnP is enabled in the router. There is no new firmware updates for my router. The first day I got my DS110j my PS3 did find the media server but I got the error. I could see the folders on the PS3 and when I selected one I would get the error. If I backed up one screen and go back into the same folder then it would let me see the list of movies on the DS110j and I actually played one but part way through it stopped. Now my PS3 can't even find the media server.
