Thread Status: Not open for further replies. Advertisement dmurfitt Thread Starter Joined: Nov 27, 2002 Messages: 618 Hi, We are having a problem on a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine running Windows media player 10. It says "this version of media player is incompatible" when you try and open it. We have tried removing version 10, and putting on 9 but you get the same problem. This happens if you download the install file from the website or install https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/914223 WMP from the WindowsUpdate site. Has anyone come across this before, or got any ideas on how to get WMP to work? Thanks a lot, Daniel Murfitt dmurfitt, Dec 21, 2004 #1 This thread has been Locked and is not open to further replies.
