Based upon what I've read elsewhere and AirVPN's response, tracker connectivity has little effect on download performance, but is rather most needed for initial seeding. Watching my download activity, I've observed that some trackers do, indeed, connect, but most of them don't. I guess that as long as I'm experiencing satisfactory download speed, I'll focus on more pressing issues. I just wish I had a better appreciation for why so many trackers fail to connect.
